Are you tired of saying “yes” when you really mean “no,” only to feel frustrated, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself? Have you struggled with setting boundaries or felt guilty for standing up for your needs? If you’re curious about a body-centred approach to reclaiming your boundaries and communicating with clarity and compassion, this workshop could be exactly what you’re looking for.

- Ready to learn how to say “no” with love and without guilt.
- Open to exploring a somatic, body-led approach to boundaries.

You will learn:
- To recognise an embodied “yes,” “no,” and “maybe” by listening to the wisdom of your body.
- Practical techniques to stop saying “yes” before considering if it aligns with your needs and values.
- Why healthy boundaries are essential for genuine compassion and connection with others.
- Assertive communication strategies to navigate challenging conversations without conflict or guilt.
- How to honour your body’s signals and make choices that reflect your true desires.
What to expect:
This 3-hour experiential workshop is led by a somatic therapist and focuses on engaging your body’s natural intelligence. Through guided exercises and interactive practices, you’ll explore the physical sensations of boundaries – what a true “yes,” “no,” or “maybe” feels like in your body.
For many of us, the patterns of over-accommodation come from early, often traumatic experiences where our sense of self was shaped by ensuring the comfort or approval of others. This can leave a lasting impact, where boundaries feel threatening, self-assertion feels selfish, and saying “no” feels impossible.
You may have tried traditional talk therapy or coaching and gained insight into these patterns. Knowing cognitively that it’s okay to say “no” and set limits. But when it comes to real-life situations, your body may still resist, frozen by fear, guilt, or an overwhelming urge to please.
Learning to set boundaries is an act of courage and self-compassion, ensuring you love yourself even when it risks disappointing others.
This workshop will help bridge that gap, guiding you in reconnecting with your body’s innate wisdom. You’ll begin to shift from people-pleasing and self-abandonment to a place of self-respect, clarity, and emotional balance.
