What you’ll learn in BodyWise

BodyWise is a collection of somatic practices designed to fit seamlessly into your daily life. These are the same techniques I use regularly in my own life and with my clients in somatic therapy and coaching.

Through this course, you’ll learn practical tools to navigate everyday challenges – whether it’s staying calm under pressure, entering conversations with grounded confidence, or living with greater intention and authenticity.

If you’re in a helping profession, you’ll also discover powerful practices to expand your toolbox, giving your clients body-centered techniques they can easily integrate into their daily lives.

I believe true transformation doesn’t come from just reading self-help books, and sitting and meditating for hours. The real magic happens when we take these practices off the cushion and apply them to the moments that matter most – our interactions, our struggles, and our choices.

I’ve been meditating for years but only on the cushion. The second I got to work and faced stress all that calm disappeared. This course finally made the bridge for me, showing how to use somatic practices in actual moments when I need them.

I’ve always been the person who overthinks everything. Decision-making anxiety was just my default setting. What I got from BodyWise was learning to surrender to what my body already knows instead of spiraling in my head for hours. Now when I need to decide something, I check in with my body and I trust that. It’s made things SO much easier. I’m not saying I never overthink, but it’s not my constant reality anymore.

I finally have actual tools I can use even though i have a very busy life. The practices are short enough to do while the kettle boils or in the car before I pick up my kids. I’m way less reactive with my teenagers. Highly recommend if you need something practical that fits into real life chaos.
