The group experience in InnerThrive is designed to offer you a safe place to grow, strenghten your emotional resilience, and find inner peace, while receiving a deep level of coaching support, and learning from the experience and non-judgemental support of the community.
InnerThrive combines trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches from the fields of emotional intelligence, positive neuroplasticity, and human behaviour psychology with embodiment practices and coaching, in an intimate group setting.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

MODULE 1 – DISCOVER YOUR GREATEST STRENGTH
You’ll begin to create your own personalised map to navigate your responses, regulate your nervous system, and tend to your needs.
You’ll start breaking unconscious patterns and live a more intentional and fulfilling life.
You’ll learn how to use mindfulness-based techniques to anchor to inner calm, balance and clarity.
We’ll start creating a connection to the body and cultivate the beginnings of our somatic practice.

MODULE 2 – WELCOMING YOUR AUTHENTIC SELF
This week you’ll get clear on what matters most to you and who is your authentic self.
You’ll learn how to distinguish between your inner voice and your conditioned stories and beliefs.
You’ll turn a notion of perfectionism upside down, and recognise how perfect you already are.
We’ll explore how your body responds to the felling of »not enough« and how you can smoothly move back to a sense of »enoughness« with a powerful mindset shift exercise.

MODULE 3 – GETTING UNSTUCK
Explore how to rapidly shift from being stuck in a constant overthinking and catastrophizing, and connect with the calm and wisdom of your body.
With a powerful tool you’ll learn how to identify the stories you’re telling yourself, your self-critical thoughts and let go of »shoulds«, unhelpful thinking patterns, and the harsh inner critic that’s dragging you down.
You’ll develop a creative mindset and self-compassionate language to talk back to your inner critic so it lets you live Your life.

MODULE 4 – REGULATE AND BEFRIEND YOUR EMOTIONS
This week we’ll focus on a four step evidence based process for healthy emotional regulation.
You will learn a technique that reduces the intensity of anxiety, fear, and any other unpleasant emotion, and soothes your nervous system.
You’ll develop a roadmap you can use whenever you experience charged thoughts or powerful emotions, so you can connect with what matters and react in ways that will make you proud of yourself.

MODULE 5 – SETTING AND COMMUNICATING COMPASSIONATE BOUNDARIES
You will learn how to create thriving relationships without people-pleasing, resentment or distress.
You’ll learn how to set boundaries without guilt, and without hurting someone else unnecessarily.
You’ll embody your assertive self by standing up for yourself using a powerful 4-step formula of assertive communication that will allow you to hold your boundaries with courage and compassion, while staying connected with your true self, and the other person.

MODULE 6 – Cultivating aligned action towards a lasting change
This week we will set the fundamentals to stay strong and aligned over the long term.
With a powerful embodied exercise you can use any time you’ll learn how to make decisions with more ease.
You’ll simply know what is a 100% YES, a NO or a MAYBE, so you can let go of frustration, uncertainty and overanalizing.
You will explore ways to incorporate the knowledge you’ve gathered into your day-to-day life & establish routines so you can move through life with balance, flow and intention.

6 TRAINING SESSIONS
60-min weekly sessions (attend live or by recording) filled with experiential and practical exercises and tools. Home practices will help you further develop your skills and deepen your awareness.
3 COACHING SESSIONS
This is where you’ll receive group coaching and have a space to connect with each other, basically 60 min of learning from each other and asking any questions you need answering.
EMBODIED PRACTICES
Experiential practices, tools, tips and journal prompts to integrate your learning and keep for life as you continue to develop your inner thrive.
COMMUNITY
Access to a private online community of like-minded people. This is the place for support, accountability, and inspiration on your journey. You really don’t have to go it alone!

MEET SILVIJA
Hi, I’m Silvija Zagar, a Body-Centered Therapist and Coach, and a Mindfulness Trainer.
Having spent countless hours working with both individuals and groups in both private and corporate settings, I have had the privilege of experiencing and testing various techniques to bring about a lasting transformation.
I have witnessed firsthand what methods work and those that do not. Hence, I have designed this six-week program to support your growth, and provide you with practical tools you can use daily in your busy life so that your inner transformation ripples out to your relationships and your work, and brings you a greater sense of balance and meaning.
Through helping humans heal what needs to be healed, my mission is to make this world a little happier place to live.

General questions
There is a time commitment to this programme - if you attend all modules and put some time into your personal practice, you would be looking at around 2.5 hrs a week.
But they don't go any deeper than that and often we find ourselves once again coming up against the same old patterns.
A lasting change needs to happen not only at the level of the mind, but also at the level of our bodies as this is where our most deeply engrained habits, patterns of behavior, and interpretations of the world are rooted, and this is where they can be accessed and truly transformed.
Somatic approach involves intellectual processes just like traditional coaching, but it takes this one step further and includes also the physical. Working in this way helps us interpret the unspoken and subtle cues from our bodies – tensions, sensations, imbalances, etc. – and find answers through somatic enquiry, deep listening and embodiment practices where needed.
To achieve real and long-lasting change, consistency in meditation practice is key. To maximize the benefits of the InnerThrive program, you are invited to commit to regular meditation-based practices that last between 5 to 20 minutes, depending on your abilities.
However, it's important to note that the InnerThrive program is much more than just meditation. Each practice is a thoughtfully designed training exercise that incorporates meditation, neuroplasticity training, and other evidence-based techniques. By committing to this daily practice, you'll be setting the foundation for creating lasting changes in your inner and outer world.
You’ll have access for life.
Our relationship of working in this highly focused and intensive way can sometimes be challenging but also fun and extremely rewarding if you are prepared to put in the effort to make it work. Expect to take lots of action outside of our sessions, bearing in mind that no one else can walk the path for you. And be ready to get on an amazing journey, where you can expect to get really honest with yourself, to get vulnerable, to laugh, to get upset, to get emotional, to feel brave and sometimes scared and most likely to feel at awe at your capabilities and potential for growth and change that you never thought you have within.
For the majority of situations, this program can be highly advantageous for individuals who are struggling with mental illness. However, my utmost priority is your safety and well-being, and thus, depending on the extent and severity of your condition, it is highly recommended to consult with your therapist to ensure that this program is appropriate for you. In cases where one is experiencing chronic depression, severe anxiety, PTSD, or has a past history of trauma, it is of utmost importance to seek guidance from a licensed therapist before participating in this program. It should be noted that for some of these conditions, meditation may not be suitable, and therefore, it is strongly suggested to first check with your therapist.
