Over 5 experiential sessions, you’ll learn to work with anxiety in a completely different way. Not by understanding it more, but by addressing it where it actually lives: in your nervous system.
You’ll explore body-based tools you can use immediately, shift your relationship with anxiety at its roots, and move through life with greater ease and freedom.
I lived with severe anxiety for too long. I know there’s a way to live better, even when anxiety sometimes shows up. It took me years to learn that understanding where it comes from is only the first step. The real shift happened when I learned to work directly with my body.

Drawing from my personal journey, years of client work as a somatic therapist, and training in multiple somatic modalities, I’ll guide you through:
